Men’s hostel has established in the year 1970 under the financial assistance of UGC. It has been converted as sports hostel (Volleyball) in the year 1977.The hostel is having 46 rooms with an intake capacity of 100 students. At present there are 15 volleyball players residing in the hostel under the financial assistance of Kerala State Sports Council. Since the number of players are meagre many students other than sports and few staff members in the college are also staying in the hostel. All rooms are very spacious equipped with sufficient furniture. Separate toilet facility is also made available for staff and students.
A special room has been arranged in the college canteen for serving food as per the menu prescribed by Kerala State Sports Council for the sports students. One among the staff residing in the hostel is deputed as deputy warden. A Multi gymnasium is attached with the hostel for sports students. A part from Multi gymnasium weight training facility also made available in the gym. An open air badminton court also made for leisure time activities. Newspaper and Cable TV connection are also provided for inmates.
