The centralized computer lab functions from 9.30 AM to 4.30 PM. At present there are 22 computer systems in the lab. Among them seven systems are having Windows 8 operating system with licence, twelve systems are running with Windows 7 OS and two systems are running with Windows 7 and Umbundu 14 OS (Dual Boot). All the systems are connected with local area network with internet facility. The lab is having a separate BSNL broad band internet connection with a speed of 8 Mbps. A high speed switch (Gigabit) has been used to connect the systems to get maximum data flow between systems. A 5 KVA UPS has been installed in the lab to get a minimum 1 hour backup for all the systems. The lab is also equipped with a Photostat machine (connected to server) and Scanner for instant printing and scanning. A lady staff is appointed in the lab for serving the students.
