1. The department organized 15 days IT training programme for college staff under the financial
support of Higher Education Department, Govt. of Kerala. Eminent resource persons from IT field
conducted classes.

represent south zone volleyball tournament
3. Athul KP, I BA Hindi and Abdul Basith, I BA History represented in state Youth volley
4. Shijil R, III BA History, Dhanjith CP, II BA Hindi, Jubair, III BA Economics, Sibi George ,II M Com,
JithinUthaman, I BSc and Ashraf K C, II BA History selected to Kannur University Softball team.
1. The department has Conducted Kannur University intercollegiate Yoga Championship. Seven
colleges participated in the event. Principal in charge Dr. Hemaletha inaugurated the championship.
Dr. Joseph Thomas, Associate professor and HOD Physical Education, Krishna Menon Govt.
Women’s College distributed prizes to the winners.
